Perhaps one of greatest impacts of the new space is the inclusion of student study space within the faculty office suite, which has allowed and supported the formation of a faculty-student "learning community" that could not evolve - for obvious reasons -when the faculty offices were embedded within the labs. This community is not restricted to chemistry and biochemistry majors, so there is a positive spill-over effect on the rest of the School of Science. ..Read more..
